  1. According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of “Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:
  • Tickets purchased on 2025/09/01 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/09/04. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/09/05 for refund will NOT be accepted.

In order to process your refund request, physical tickets must be mailed to KKTIX before the due date. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.
NOTE: If you choose Family Mart as ticket collect method, you will still need to pick up your ticket at Family Mart and send it to KKTIX.

  5. 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。

  2. To protect your rights, we kindly recommend avoiding the use of Yahoo or Hotmail as your contact email when registering or checking out, as such addresses may cause the “Order Confirmation Notification Email” to be blocked, missed, or marked as spam.

  8. Disability Ticket Instructions: (Only for physical events)
    • Tickets may only be purchased on the KKTIX website. Please complete Disability Identity Verification at least one day before the event starts. Same-day verification is not guaranteed, and accounts verified on the day of ticket sales may encounter purchase difficulties.

    • Each person with a disability and necessary companions may purchase up to two tickets. Companion tickets require prior identity verification by the relevant authority.

Precautions

  1. According to the Ministry of Culture's "Items that Should and Should Not Be Included in Standardized Contracts for Cultural and Art Performance Tickets," Section 6, "Ticket Refund and Exchange Mechanism," there are four refund and exchange options. This program adopts Option 2 : Consumers may request a refund or exchange within three days of ticket purchase (excluding the purchase date). No refunds or exchanges will be accepted from the fourth day after purchase. The refund request date is based on the refund request date (if the ticket has not been collected) or the postmark date (for physical tickets). A refund fee of 5% of the face value will be charged . Examples are as follows:
  • For tickets purchased on September 1, 2025, the refund deadline is September 4, 2025 (inclusive). Refunds from September 5, 2025 (inclusive) will no longer be accepted.
  • Uncollected tickets/online tickets: If you wish to request a refund, please complete the form at the following link within the refund period.
    (Online tickets will not be refunded if your ticket has already been used after the system checks.)

  1. According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of “Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:
  • Tickets purchased on 2025/09/01 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/09/04. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/09/05 for refund will NOT be accepted.

In order to process your refund request, physical tickets must be mailed to KKTIX before the due date. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.
NOTE: If you choose Family Mart as ticket collect method, you will still need to pick up your ticket at Family Mart and send it to KKTIX.

  1. Please do not purchase tickets from auction sites or other channels not officially authorized by KKTIX, and do not purchase tickets through unfamiliar purchasing agents. Neither the organizer nor KKTIX can guarantee the authenticity of the tickets. In addition to the potential for fraud or transaction disputes, to avoid affecting your own rights, the organizer and KKTIX are not responsible for any eventuality resulting in being denied admission to the performance or any other issues.
  2. Anyone who resells tickets at a markup (regardless of whether the markup is for purchasing, transportation, or subsidies) for purposes other than personal use is in violation of Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Public Order Maintenance Act. Furthermore, according to Article 10-1, Paragraph 2 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act, anyone who sells tickets above their face value or at a fixed price will be fined by the municipal or county (city) government at a rate of ten to fifty times the face value per ticket. Please do not risk violating the law!
  3. Tickets are valid for one person per ticket. Children under 6 years old (110 cm tall) are not allowed to enter. Tickets are treated as securities and should be kept properly. Re-issuance will not be made if lost, damaged, burned, or unidentifiable.
  4. In the event that a ticket is damaged, destroyed or lost, the organizer will handle the matter in accordance with the provisions of Item 7 of the "Items that must and must not be stated in the standard contract for cultural and artistic performance tickets": "Admission mechanism for damaged, destroyed or lost tickets: The organizer must provide consumers with the admission mechanism in the event of damaged, destroyed or lost tickets and explain it in detail." For details, please contact the KKTIX Customer Service Center.
  5. Please do not bring cameras, video cameras, DVs or recorders into the venue. Taking photos, video recording or audio recording is prohibited without the organizer's consent.
  6. Outside food, beverages, metal of any kind, glass, plastic containers, laser pointers, fireworks or any other dangerous items are not allowed during the event.
  7. Each performance venue has its own admission regulations. Ticket holders are requested to comply with them. Latecomers must comply with the venue's regulations.
  8. Consumers must purchase tickets using their real names and provide valid personal information. Purchasing tickets for friends and family requires the consent of the relevant personal information holder. Purchasing tickets using false information constitutes a violation of Article 210 of the Criminal Code, "Forgery of Private Documents": "Anyone who forges or alters a private document that is likely to cause harm to the public or others shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years." Furthermore, Article 10-1, Paragraph 3 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act stipulates: "Anyone who uses a computer or other related device to purchase tickets for arts and cultural performances using false information or other improper means, and obtains a ticket booking or ticket collection receipt, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, or may be fined up to NT$3,000,000, or both." The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel any such order immediately. Please do not risk violating the law !
  9. Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Once the ticket purchase is successful, it will be deemed that you agree to all the above activity precautions.

Notes on Watching Online Events

  • This performance is for personal viewing only by ticket holders and may not be used for any other commercial or other purposes. To protect copyright and the rights of ticket holders, please refrain from recording, taking screenshots, or otherwise using this broadcast content without the organizer's express consent as stated on this event page. Any violation will be the sole responsibility of any resulting costs and legal liability.
  • For smooth high-definition (FHD) streaming, your internet connection speed must be at least 8 Mbps. Accessibility and quality cannot be guaranteed when using a VPN. The organizer and KKTIX are not responsible for any viewing issues that are not caused by KKTIX, such as issues with the consumer's device, internet connection, or VPN. Ticket cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
  • Due to the possibility of version incompatibility on mobile devices, KKTIX strongly recommends watching the show on a computer. No refunds or returns will be accepted after purchasing the tickets.

    1. Each ticket can only be viewed on one device at a time . Please do not open the playback page on the same device multiple times. If you purchase multiple tickets, please log in and watch on each device separately.
    2. Please be sure to go online in advance to test whether the connection is normal. If it is after the show start time, you can only watch from the time you go online.
    3. Incognito mode is not available for viewing. Please do not use Incognito mode.
    4. It cannot be viewed directly through the KKTIX App. Please use a browser (such as the latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, etc.) to watch.
